Built for the people on the outside trying to get in.
Multilat is an independent career platform for people navigating the United Nations system as applicants. We build the tools that insiders already have — through mentors, WhatsApp groups, and years of accumulated context — and make them available to anyone with a CV and a serious intent to apply.
The core product is an honest fit analysis: two calibrated scores (CV-to-JD match and realistic competitiveness), a gap report that names what is actually missing, and AI-assisted tailoring that is post-checked line by line for fabrication before you ever see it. Alongside that sits an ICSC-grounded salary calculator, a live job board refreshed every six hours from ten UN agency portals, an application tracker with agency-aware timing context, and a patterns explorer that surfaces office-level visa, conversion, and contract renewal signals with explicit evidence counts and confidence bands.
Every number you see is either sourced (ICSC circulars, agency HR manuals) or deterministically computed. No LLM ever produces a figure that appears on screen. Fit scores are capped at 90% — because nothing is certain. Pattern statements describe offices, not individual applicants. Salary figures always show the source and effective date.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United Nations or any UN agency, programme, fund, or specialized organization. UN agency names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
What we commit to
- —We never share your CV, fit reports, or application data with hiring institutions or third parties.
- —We never auto-submit applications on your behalf. Every application goes through the official agency portal via a direct link.
- —Salary figures come from published ICSC scales — we do not use private offer data.
- —AI-generated materials are checked against your source CV for fabrication before you see them.
- —You can delete your data at any time. CV files, artifacts, and inbox data have explicit retention limits.
